We experienced an outage with our Domain Name Servers.  Our Network Operations team investigated and resolved this outage. There should be no further problems.

Impacted services: All DNS services (domains hosted via edpnet DNS including our own, customers using our SIP via sip.edpnet.be, etc)

Info: accidental name server change for .be domains 15/07/2021

Dear customers,

We would like to inform you about an issue we had on our dnsbelgium.be platform. Due to human error, a pre-set group of name servers (ns1 & ns2.edpnet.be) were changed as a whole rather than for a single domain, causing a temporary outage for domains managed under this group. Some of our .be-domains were affected this way.

The error was made at approx 11h50* and corrected at 13h30*.
